🧾 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — ROSSART


🌿 Made-to-Order Production

Each ROSSART product is printed on demand by our production partner Printful.
This approach allows us to reduce overproduction and promote a more responsible and sustainable fashion model.

Because every item is made to order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges in cases such as:

  • A change of mind,

  • Incorrect size or color choice,

  • Personal preference.

Please make sure to carefully check the size guide and product description before placing your order.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@rossart.fr.

  2. Include clear photos of:

    • The defect or damage,

    • The full product,

    • The shipping label (with the barcode visible).

We will forward your claim to Printful, our production partner, who will review the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

🛑 Do not return any item without our prior approval.
Printful cannot process parcels returned directly by customers.
All claims must go through ROSSART to ensure proper handling.


🚫 No Returns for Change of Mind

As each product is created individually for you, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered,

  • Change of mind,

  • Items that have already been worn or washed.


⏳ Processing & Refund Timeline

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once validated, Printful will proceed with a reprint or refund of the affected item.

  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for your purchase.


📦 Return Address

No return address should be used without prior authorization.
The correct address depends on the Printful facility (France, Spain, or Latvia) and will be provided only if a return is approved.


💬 Summary

ROSSART handles all customer communication and forwards claims to Printful, our trusted production partner.
Printful is responsible for the replacement or refund of defective items.
