1. 🛍️ Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website, you agree to all of the following conditions, including:

  • Our no-return / no-refund policy for non-defective items,

  • Our shipping and processing times,

  • And our Privacy Policy.

By continuing to use this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. ✅ Returns & Defective Items

All ROSSART products are made to order by our production partner Printful.
As a result, ROSSART does not directly handle returns.

Claims are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged item upon receipt,

  • Printing error or manufacturing defect,

  • Incorrect product (wrong model, size, or design) caused by Printful.

👉 If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the item in question.
We will then forward your request to Printful for review and resolution.

3. ⚠️ Refund Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind,

  • Incorrect size ordered,

  • Customer order error.

⚠️ As each product is custom printed on demand, every order is unique.
We therefore cannot accept returns based on personal preference or sizing mistakes.

Each item is printed specifically for you — helping reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
