🧾 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE — ROSSART

1. 🎯 Purpose

These terms govern the sale of products offered on the ROSSART website.
Placing an order on this site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. 🛍️ Orders

By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept:

  • The prices,

  • The product descriptions,

  • And all applicable sales conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

An order confirmation email will be sent automatically after each purchase.

3. 💰 Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of taxes (VAT) but excluding shipping fees.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before finalizing the order, based on the destination address.

4. 🔐 Payment

Payments are 100% secure and processed via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
ROSSART never has access to your banking or credit card details.

5. 🚚 Shipping

All products are made to order and shipped by our production partner Printful.
Average production and shipping time is 4 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, ROSSART cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays,

  • Lost packages,

  • Or damage occurring during shipment.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

6. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

As each item is printed on demand, returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product upon receipt,

  • Printing error or manufacturing defect,

  • Incorrect item (wrong model, size, or design) caused by Printful.

👉 In the event of an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@rossstudio.fr, including clear photos of the affected item.
We will forward your claim to Printful for review and resolution.

⚠️ No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind,

  • Incorrect size ordered,

  • Customer error in the order.

7. ⚖️ Liability

ROSSART cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the products sold, nor for any delays or errors caused by third-party service providers.

8. 🔒 Personal Data

Collected data is used solely for order processing and tracking purposes.

9. ⚔️ Disputes

In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will always be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be governed by French law and submitted to the competent French courts.
