Shipping policy

1. ⏳ Processing & Shipping Times

Each ROSSART product is made to order through our production partner Printful, following a sustainable, no-overproduction approach.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Seasonal demand (holidays, promotions, etc.),

  • Production workload,

  • Or the location of the fulfillment center.


2. 📦 Tracking & Responsibility

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, ROSSART cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delivery delays,

  • Lost packages,

  • Or damage occurring during transport.

⚠️ If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.


3. 🏠 Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery information before confirming your order.
Any error in the shipping address, spelling, or missing details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

⚠️ No refunds or reshipments can be made in cases of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,

  • Issues caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
